Interview with Record Producer Travis “Tra3” Pelzer
Tell us a little about yourself.
Travis “Tra3” Pelzer

What kind of art or performing do you do?
Talent Manager / Record Producer

How long have you been doing this?
Well I’ve been in the recording industry since 1992, with a Rap Group
Called Sham & The Professor signed to Priority Records. Of Course it
was probably around 88 or 90 when records were on the radio played
by Red Alert. I would learn and re site every song that came on.

Where did your inspiration come from?
Wow, I’m inspired by true believers, people who take their own life in
their hands. People like Lyor Cohen, Russell Simmons, Eddie O’, Tom
Silverman, Chris Atlas, Jay Z, Sean Combs, and Julie Greenwald. I
watched these people work and become Icons in the business.

What drew you to this particular field/talent?
I knew I had a talent for hearing good music. I would hear a song and
it would move me. So I knew that was what I wanted to do with my
Life.

Tell us about your current projects or activities.
I’m currently working outside of the lines of Record Labels on my own projects with one of the most talented Singer
Songwriters I’ve ever been around. “Bless”. I am also branding and pushing some Talented Rap Artist the World has yet
to taste.. Can’t wait.

What advice would you give yourself if you could go back in time to when you first started?
I would say be patient you are working for a Major Record Label. Absorb as much as you can and you will become great.

How can people contact you or follow your progress?
I can be reached via Email @ LBandTra3@ Gmail.com
