own version so you can identify and eliminate bottlenecks
4. Create a procedure and train your team on how to update the
procedures assigned to them as the tasks evolve over time
5. Review your business on a weekly or monthly interval to identify areas
that require procedures and schedule in time to create them

should charge [Your desired profit + expenses = how much to charge]

4. Aim for around a 66% conversion rate - if your conversion rate is much
higher then you are not charging enough/need to raise prices!
