The University Center Gallery retains 25% sales commission of all sold work.
Please bring artwork, fee and entry forms to the University Center Gallery
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
Submission Process: Art is required to be submitted in person to the UC Gallery on Tuesday between
the hours of 10am-3pm. The entry fee, and entry form is required at time of submission.
*Entry form can be found at the UC Gallery and posted on the UC Gallery Facebook.
Non-accepted Artwork: Artists whose work is not accepted will be posted on the gallery door and in the
School of Art admin Office by the end of Wednesday, November 30th.
All artwork NOT accepted is required to be picked up on Wednesday, November 30th (1am-4pm) and
Thursday, December 1st (10am and 3pm)
Exhibition Details:
Juror: Ted Hughes, Registrar, MAM
Show Theme: Artwork is encouraged to be Humorous, or quirky
Eligibility: Must be a current student at University of Montana
Media: All media will be considered
Artwork Presentation: All art submitted must be ready to display. 2D works must be dry and a have
secure hanging method. If an artwork has special display needs, please supply instructions.
The University Center Gallery is not responsible for work that is not picked up. Artists unable to pickup or drop
off work are responsible for making arrangements for their work to be picked up or dropped off during the
pickup and drop off times.
