Over the course of one’s life, the vast majority of people experience both times of elation and sadness. Life is filled with an unpredictable series of these peaks and valleys. When one continues to experience valleys of sadness over a prolonged period of time without implementation of proper coping skills to catapult them into a more neutral space, these individuals are at risk for depression. Depression is described as overwhelming feelings of sadness coupled with the loss of interest in otherwise pleasurable activities. Although depression can occur at any point across the lifespan, the effects of this illness is of particular concern when it occurs during the post-partum period (Buist, 1998). Postpartum depression is experienced by an estimated 20% of women after having given birth. It is characterized by excessive feelings or worry, sadness, and fatigue related to psychological adjustments and hormonal fluctuations after pregnancy. Unlike the baby blues, these feelings don’t easily resolve in a few days or weeks. Instead they linger on for months and sometimes years. Because an infant’s ability to form healthy bonds with his Mother occurs within the first few hours to months of his life, it is important that Moms are both physically and emotionally healthy (Buist, 1998). With this in mind, it seems only natural to want be able to identify women that are at risk for postpartum depression prior to delivery. This very important concept lead me to select my PICOT question. My PICOT question is: Are women who have experienced physical, emotional or sexual abuse, compared with those who have not, at risk for developing postpartum depression within 3 years after childbirth? Based on my limited research, studies suggest that there may be a correlation between the two. I intend to investigate how the two correlate. Furthermore, it is my objective to identify how to best screen these expecting Moms as well as to identify best practices based on EBR to facilitate the return of their physical and emotional health. After all, these two components play an integral part in a mother's ability to actively participate in the mother-child bonding process that has proven to be instrumental in healthy childhood development. .

The research will demonstrate the distinct features compares to that of the adult women, such as the stigmatization of teen pregnancy and motherhood,, body image issues, changing identity and intergenerational conflict problems faced by many adolescent mother. Moreover, most Nigerians fail to seek mental health treatment, and approximately 75% of postpartum depression cases are undetected, and untreated.

Approximately 48 percent of adolescent mothers experience depressive symptoms. Postpartum depression often occurs between a few months to a year; studies report postpartum depression four years following birth. Postpartum mood disorders are classified into three categories according to the severity. The first , postpartum blues, which is the least form of typically lasting a few days to a couple of weeks after giving birth and affects approximately 50-85 percent of all new mothers and according to some studies is a precursor to postpartum depression (Watanabe et at., 2008). The second postpartum mood disorder, postpartum depression, is ore severe, causing a great deal of problems for the mother. If left untreated postpartum depression often results in bouts of crying, guilt, feelings of inadequacy and detachment from the baby. A third type of postpartum mood disorder, postpartum psychosis, affects less tan 2 women per 1.000 births, causes delusions, rapid mood swings, confusion and hallucinations and is most likely to occur during the first three months following delivery.
Problem statement
Depression during pregnancy poses a risk to the fetus both directly and indirectly in terms of maternal nutrition, drugs, alcohol, smoking, and noncompliance with prenatal care plans. The chances for obstetrical complications such as intrauterine growth retardation, premature labor and placental abruption are increased, possibly due to increased catech.

The issue before the developing world is not its lack of food, but rather how to gain access to food. Added to this is the fact that food is not getting to where it is needed in time to prevent hunger or starvation. In many developing countries, shortages are due to governments’ control over distribution networks rather than an insufficient supply of food itself. In effect, these governments are weaponizing food by favoring certain ethnic or religious groups over others. When added to dramatic climate changes that we are experiencing even now, the future for billions of poor people looks increasingly dim.

Once you have coded and tested your SimpleTrack class, you will need to write a SimplePlaylist class that implements the Playist interface given in the project folder.
The SimplePlayList class stores music tracks in order - the first track added to the play list should be the first one removed from the play list. You should recognize this data structure as a
queue
(or a
first-in, first-out queue
). You do not need to implement the equals, hashCode and toString methods for this class but if you choose to do so make sure you document your implementations properly!
The PlayList Management Program
Once you have written and tested a SimpleTrack class and a SimplePlaylist class, it is time to use them to write a program to manage playlists. This program will simulate the playing of songs from a play list. For the SimplePlaylist, the songs are removed from the playlist as they are played, so you know that you're at the end of the list when your list is empty. This program should be implemented in the file MusicPlayerSimulator.java. Note that we are not defining ANY of the methods you are using for this program - the design is all up to you. You must, however, practice good programming style - make sure you are breaking the program up into smaller methods and aren't just trying to solve everything with one monolithic main method. If you have fewer than 5 methods for this program you are probably trying to fit too much into a single method.

When added to dramatic climate changes that we are experiencing even now, the future for billions of poor people looks increasingly dim.

Once you have coded and tested your SimpleTrack class, you will need to write a SimplePlaylist class that implements the Playist interface given in the project folder.
The SimplePlayList class stores music tracks in order - the first track added to the play list should be the first one removed from the play list. You should recognize this data structure as a
queue
(or a
first-in, first-out queue
). You do not need to implement the equals, hashCode and toString methods for this class but if you choose to do so make sure you document your implementations properly!
The PlayList Management Program
Once you have written and tested a SimpleTrack class and a SimplePlaylist class, it is time to use them to write a program to manage playlists. This program will simulate the playing of songs from a play list. For the SimplePlaylist, the songs are removed from the playlist as they are played, so you know that you're at the end of the list when your list is empty. This program should be implemented in the file MusicPlayerSimulator.java. Note that we are not defining ANY of the methods you are using for this program - the design is all up to you. You must, however, practice good programming style - make sure you are breaking the program up into smaller methods and aren't just trying to solve everything with one monolithic main method. If you have fewer than 5 methods for this program you are probably trying to fit too much into a single method.

You did include an introduction. However, the introduction should briefly identify the key areas/sections to be covered in the paper. This helps the reader navigate through the organization of both your paper and thought process. You did address the question requirements. The assignment required at least 2 scholarly peer reviewed journal articles. Although you included several references, I only saw one scholarly peer reviewed journal article. Moving forward. Be sure to carefully review the instructions before and after you complete your final draft to ensure all requirements have been met. Second, always include an introduction which briefly describes what areas will be covered. For this question, I was looking for your approach in terms of methods discussed in the text (interviews, observations, questionnaires, etc.) and application to the case study to show application of the concepts/theories.
As far as the scholarly peer reviewed journal articles, this is an essential part of supporting your claims at the graduate level of writing. The assignment required 2 scholarly peer reviewed journal articles. I only saw one? The purpose of this requirement is to ensure that you are supporting your claims with contemporary research within the management/business discipline. Second, this also gives credit to the author's ideas. While I do not point out every error or missing item on your paper, I focus on those areas/content that are required and can be improved. Moving forward, be sure to fully address each question with terminology from the text/material, as well as provide examples to demonstrate the ability to apply the concepts to the case study. A Strategic Approach: GenAI in Education
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.

- 1. Over the course of one’s life, the vast majority of people experience both times of elation and sadness. Life is filled with an unpredictable series of these peaks and valleys. When one continues to experience valleys of sadness over a prolonged period of time without implementation of proper coping skills to catapult them into a more neutral space, these individuals are at risk for depression. Depression is described as overwhelming feelings of sadness coupled with the loss of interest in otherwise pleasurable activities. Although depression can occur at any point across the lifespan, the effects of this illness is of particular concern when it occurs during the post-partum period (Buist, 1998). Postpartum depression is experienced by an estimated 20% of women after having given birth. It is characterized by excessive feelings or worry, sadness, and fatigue related to psychological adjustments and hormonal fluctuations after pregnancy. Unlike the baby blues, these feelings don’t easily resolve in a few days or weeks. Instead they linger on for months and sometimes years. Because an infant’s ability to form healthy bonds with his Mother occurs within the first few hours to months of his life, it is important that Moms are both physically and emotionally healthy (Buist, 1998). With this in mind, it seems only natural to want be able to identify women that are at risk for postpartum depression prior to delivery. This very important concept lead me to select my PICOT question. My PICOT question is: Are women who have experienced physical, emotional or sexual abuse, compared with those who have not, at risk for developing postpartum depression within 3 years after childbirth?
- 2. Based on my limited research, studies suggest that there may be a correlation between the two. I intend to investigate how the two correlate. Furthermore, it is my objective to identify how to best screen these expecting Moms as well as to identify best practices based on EBR to facilitate the return of their physical and emotional health. After all, these two components play an integral part in a mother's ability to actively participate in the mother-child bonding process that has proven to be instrumental in healthy childhood development.
