Risks
Responsibility
What it can cause
How to prevent
Dropping the camera
Camera man/Actor
Can land on one of the
crewmembers and cause them
harm or it could break.
Attach it properly to
the tripod
Slipping over
Whoever fell over/whoever knocked
them over
It can cause serious injury to the
person who fell over and could
break equipment
Falling into the river
when running across
the rocks
Whoever fell into the river
Can cause whoever fell in series
harm because of the height and
the rocks. In worst case scenario
the person could get soaked by
the water and could get
hypothermia
Make sure not to
knock anybody over,
don’t go onto wet
mud and wear shoes
with decent grip
Wait a few days to
film that the rocks
are dry or wear shoes
that have good grip
on them so that you
are less likely to slip
Equipment failure
The person who is in charge of making
sure that the equipment is working
properly
If the equipment fails then it will
make it so that we will not be
able to record our film
Cast/crew becoming
ill whilst filming
This will can only fall onto the person
has become ill
If some of the crew become ill
then they will not be able to
participate
Check the equipment
frequently and check
it before we use it and
after we use it to
make sure they are
working properly
There is not really
any way to prevent it
but you can make
sure that they are
wearing warm cloths
