Lead students in a discussion about the types of classroom activities that
 would engage them.
Have students create open-ended questions that would help lead them through
 the instructional design.
Give students a copy of the task design graphic organizer and have them
 create their own task design.
When giving an assessment ask students to indicate what type of assessment
 is being done.
Have students develop questions for their own summative assessment. Take
 the best questions and put them on the next test or quiz
