Lead students in a discussion about the types of classroom activities that
would engage them.
Have students create open-ended questions that would help lead them through
the instructional design.
Give students a copy of the task design graphic organizer and have them
create their own task design.
When giving an assessment ask students to indicate what type of assessment
is being done.
Have students develop questions for their own summative assessment. Take
the best questions and put them on the next test or quiz
