The digital signature is a cryptographic mechanism that
allows the receiver of a given document to sign it digitally and
identify the signer's identity, confirming the entirety
of the document, which is crucial
in the legal aspects and validity of the signature.
What is
the digital signature?
We are a trusted third party and consequently, Docuten
guarantees: the security in the communications, the collection of
the evidence for each step of the process, the registration of the
application, the notification to the participants, among many
other features. And therefore, it guards all this combination so

An advanced digital signature is created through a qualified digital signature generator device
and that is based on a qualified certificate of digital signature.

It generates PDF files to be signed through
Docuten's online platform.
Through sales documents (sales orders,
invoices), documents related to standard
entities (such as clients, suppliers, products,
banks and fixed assets), through any standard
or personalized report from BC or trough the
input of documents with the document’s
uploader.
Once the PDF is downloaded through any of
the aforementioned options, the file can be sent
to the signers.

Finally, the user can download the
document signed by every participant and
