This thesis poses a weather report machines' program which bases on the GPRS. The program mainly researches the key technology of meteorological information equipment - GPRS, introducing its network configuration and agreements, posing a program based on client and service. It mainly discusses the realization of software, and designs programs in the Delphi visible developing environment. Your Own Ideas or Any project from any company can be Implemented at Better price (All Projects can be done in Java or DotNet whichever the student wants) 1

This thesis poses a weather report machines' program which bases on the GPRS. The program mainly researches the key technology of meteorological information equipment - GPRS, introducing its network configuration and agreements, posing a program based on client and service. It mainly discusses the realization of software, and designs programs in the Delphi visible developing environment.
