This document provides information about an intermediate level workshop on building Alexa skills. The workshop will be held on January 5th, 2019 and presented by Karthik Ragubathy and Ilanchezhian Ganesamurthy. Ilanchezhian has 19 years of software development experience, including 4 years working with AWS cloud services and conversational AI. The workshop will cover voice user interface programming logic, creating Alexa skills using the developer portal and AWS, different types of skills, and resources for building skills.
