Dear readers,
If we have to act on Pope Francis’ above exhortation, we need
to be aware of various environmental problems facing the
Mother Earth. Only when we become aware of these issues, we
can act on Pope’s above advice.
Here are two sets of ECO QUIZ CONTESTS (set 1 and set 2)
prepared from the GEM PowerPoint Presentations (PPTs)
available in our church website www.infantjesusjogeshwari.in
PPT section. These ECO QUIZ sets can help all age groups,
especially the younger generations to take interest on various
environmental issues and learn how to protect the
environment for the future generations.
These eco quizzes can be conducted in various creative ways
including written /oral, group wise/individual, PPT topic wise or
full set of 50 questions (all 10 PPTs). The questions are simple
objective type questions. Participants have to just tick a, b or c
answers.
As the answers are available in the public domain, two sets are
prepared so that you can choose any one set at random. As the
participants will not know which set will be chosen for the quiz,
there is less chance of cheating or other malpractice. This will
compel to read the PPTs thoroughly, if they have to perform
well.
To make it simple, 5 quiz questions are chosen from each PPT
in the order (that is, question 1 to 5 ppt 1, questions 6 to 10,
ppt 2, questions 10 to 15 ppt 3 and so on). If you want take
the quiz contest PPT theme wise, choose the questions in the
order of PPT, 5 questions each PPT.
Participants may be told in advance to prepare well by reading
the PPTs which will be covered for the proposed ECO QUIZ
CONTEST.
To save the trouble of the organisers of this quiz from looking
out for answers, answers are given for your ready reference
(see at the end after the ECO QUIZ question set in this page).
The entry form (prepared for our school) and the format of the
answer sheet is given below. You can adapt them as per your
need.

  • 1. Dear readers, If we have to act on Pope Francis’ above exhortation, we need to be aware of various environmental problems facing the Mother Earth. Only when we become aware of these issues, we can act on Pope’s above advice. Here are two sets of ECO QUIZ CONTESTS (set 1 and set 2) prepared from the GEM PowerPoint Presentations (PPTs) available in our church website www.infantjesusjogeshwari.in PPT section. These ECO QUIZ sets can help all age groups, especially the younger generations to take interest on various environmental issues and learn how to protect the environment for the future generations.
