You are what you think. You are the product of your thinking.
''Pleasant'' thoughts bring happiness. ''Distorted'' thoughts bring
pain and misery.
4. 3. Emotions

8 primaries, 9 secondaries.

However, 4 emotions rule:

1. Love
●
2. Happiness
●
3. Fear
●
4. Hate
●
Fear, unfortunately, rules the world, However, love brings in
happiness and fear brings in pain and misery.
5. 4. Pain
●
Pain is very painful indeed. Pain is the body response to an
emotional or physical disturbance.

Happiness, plain and simple, is being pain free.
●

How to stay away from pain: Find its roots and causes, then,
implement a successful treatment plan.
6. 5. The 3 Rs:

1. Respect. ''I respect myself, furthermore, I respect you''

2. Responsibility: ''I am solely responsible for myself, my
actions and my decisions''

trait that will pull me back from hopelessness and despair''
