labor which can motivate parents to send their children to school instead of sending them to work. Our

student unless we apply a strategy & tactics to engage the students in learning and their life will become

together to solve the issue of Child Labor and Child Trafficking.

Sumita Ghose is the founder and managing director of Rangsutra, a social
enterprise which seeks to bring about socio economic development and
inclusive growth in rural India by engaging both: the community and the
market.
Rangsutra is owned by 1800 rural artisans, most of whom are women.
When Hema Balakrishnan started working with clay in 2003, she never
imagined her enterprise would evolve into the eco-socio venture that it is
today.
Hema started small by working from home and trained a few women to help
her make these pieces. She supplied her works of art to leading design
boutiques, but the credit model was a challenge.
