 Proper head to foot assessment, vital signs
monitoring and recording as required upon the
patient’s case (CVA-bed ridden, ischemic and
hemorrhagic stroke, Dementia, and Diabetes
Mellitus with polyneuropathy).
 Assessing patient status (physical, social, mental,
spiritual and others).
 Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare
professionals for creating customized careplans.
 Preparing for nursing care plans to the patient as a
basis of care.
 Administering medications, feedings and other and
other supplements needed via PEG-Tube or NGT as
ordered.
 Perform hygiene, bathing, changing diapers, bed-
making and ROM exercises as needed to promote
comfort to the patient
 Administering IVfluids, attached and monitoring the
patient on cardiac monitor, and maintaining O2
saturation to 98%
 Administering oxygen via non re-breather mask and
attached to monitor for capnography reading and
monitoring
 Proper and timely documentation confirmed and
check referrals in other departments for
endorsement.
 Help in securing payments and other bills that
needed to settle.
 Basic knowledge in insurance protocols and
processing.
