Dear Co-Parents,
Following the very successful family day and batch lunch, we are very pleased to announce that as a
prelude io the alvaited vacation break of our children/wards, Batch 2012 will have another get-
iogether on Saturday, December 11, 2010. lt will be held from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon at the school
gymnasium.
This will be another precious opportunity for us to get more acquainted and share experiences. Of
course, the bonding moment wiil not be complete without the song and dance numbers from our
children and perhaps even from our teachers and/or parents. We will also give you updatgs oj
academic standing, Career Fair, JS Prom and other fortheoming activities.. Just like the family
day, we will have the batch lunch although this time, it will be "salu-salo" or "potluck"' Moreover, we
wili have a Php 100 contribution to covel the Christmas gift for the teachers of our children and to
defray the miscellaneous expenses of the get-together. Kindly coordinate with your respective
class parent officers r"gaiding the food arrangements and the collection of the Php 100
contribution.
A highlight of the occasion will be the "h'ingo" games which will hot only generate fun and excitement
out iopErutty add to the lean batch funds ittoCateo tc the JS Prom. The cost of the "bingo" card shall
be Phi 100 which shall be good for at least five (5) regular games. Please coordinate with your class
pareni officers regarding thL number of "bingo" cards you intend to purchase. Reserve early -as we
offer no guarantee that there will still be cards available on the "bingo" day its_elf. Payments fg !h!
"bingo" cirds can be coursed through any of your class parent officers or Mr. Oscar Acopiado, Batch
2Al2Pf ATreasurer or Sir Nat Tacuboy, Batch 2012 Adviser.
Lastly, we will appreciate it very much if you can donate a prize, whether in c-ash or in kind, for
the "-bingo" games. We are also in need of raffle prize donors for the PSHS Ghristmas Party
{teacheri, ernployees and support staff} on December 13. Just let us know, through any of.your
class parent offiiers, the undersigned, Atty, Vic Marquez, Batch 2A12 PTA Vice-President
(A9175;872336) or Alex Paguio, JS Prom Committee Chairman {09178495003) and we will contact
you right away.
