School Rules
Mark Winston loves cycling and he wants to
ride his bike to school. But Mark isn´t happy.
The roads near his school are very dangerous.
Now there´s a new school rule – students
mustn´t ride their bikes to school. ´I take a
bus to school now ,`Mark says.
´The bus journey is twenty minutes. On my
bike it´s only ten minutes!`

At my school we can only have grey, black or brown
rucksacks! I´ve got a cool purple rucksack but I
mustn´t take it to school. It´s ridiculous! (Ellie, 11)
We mustn´t have tea or coffee at lunch! We have this
rule because hot drinks are dangerous!
