scientific techniques complicate the life cycle of development. This usually starts overseas with
the task of researching and transferring on future marketing. The paper discussed about recent
past research projects. In addition, we have brought in partial business functions as they are
accessible in the market. Some about its merchandise are very progressive and have risk s
regarding succeeding. With every recent technology, at that place are hazards concerning failing
and success. The medical staff can control very well via this system to help them for following
all situations for all patients when the doctors use the mobile wireless networks especially
smartphones enables used many medical applications. Medical employees can send all patient
accounts to physicians, nurses and hospital departments with outside employees such as
ambulance or emergency service to make it simple to send all kinds of data between medical
employees as well as patients via used Wi-Fi networks or cell phone networks as 3.9 generation
or 4 generation.

status as relatives or careers of patient's research participants by virtue of their professional role
in the university and departments.

BIOGRAPHY OF AUTHORS
Basim Abood was born in Thi-Qar City, Iraq, in 1984. He received the B.Sc.
degree from Al-Basra University, Basra (BU), in Electrical Engineering, in
2007. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Huazhong University of
Science and Technology (HUST), China, in 2013 and 2016 respectively, in
Telecommunication and Information Engineering. He is currently working
lecturer with the Department of Computer Information Systems, College of
Computer Science and Information Technology, university of Sumer, Iraq.
His research interests include Digital Communication, Wireless sensor
Networks, Mobile and Ad-hoc network (MANET), Network Security
Artificial Intelligence, and LTE- a Cellular Network.
Dr. JAFAAR FAHAD A.RIDA
Received his Bachelor of Electronic and Communication Engineering
Technical Najaf Collage in Iraq in 2003. He obtained M. Tech.
Communication System Engineering from SHIATS Allahabad India in 2012.
He completed Ph.D. in Electronic and Communication Engineering from
SHIATS India in 2015. He has experience for five years in CDMA technical
company in wireless system and MW system. He has experience in teaching
Electronics subject, Advance digital electronic, Digital technology, Data
Communication and Computer Networks, and Mobile Cellular Wireless
Communication Engineering and biomedical Engineering in Collage of
Engineering in Thiqar University. He has research papers about Carbon
Nanotube Technology. He is working now teacher in Department of
Information System Computer in Collage of Computer Science and
Information Technology in Sumer University in Dhiqar in Iraq since

This system consists of biomedical sensors unit has many sensors to monitor patient status data send to control unit such as ECG sensor, EEG sensor, Motion sensor, Blood Pressure sensor, Temperature sensor, and Blood Sugar sensor. All these sensors send information to control unit to know medical staff what the patient is situation in any time. Control unit or Mobile unit has some software application enable the patient and medical staff use to receive all this data and convert to the Internet Network or the cellular phone by (SIM) 3.9 generation or 4 generation to doctors can take proper decision especially with used smartphones. Internet network connects with medical server and medical database to supply all information about patient people, medical staff and report about all medicine intervals. Internet Service Provider (ISP) works medical services and communication between patients and medical staff to exchange information with high security for this system. The Internet networks connect with also Weather Forecast, Emergency, Caregiver, Medical Server, and Physician as illustrated in figure1. The medical staff can control very well via this system to help them for following all situations for all patients when the doctors use the mobile wireless networks especially smartphones enables used many medical applications. The medical staff can send all reports about patients among doctors, nurses and departments in hospital with staff work outside such as ambulance or emergency service to make easy via used WI –Fi networks or cellular phones networks as 3.9 generation or 4 generation can send all types of information between medical staff as well as patients. With its strong medical and medical uses, wireless networking is a necessary achievement to improve patient lives. Some about its merchandise are very progressive and have risk s regarding succeeding. With every recent technology, at that place are hazards concerning failing and success. He received the B.Sc. degree from Al-Basra University, Basra (BU), in Electrical Engineering, in 2007. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), China, in 2013 and 2016 respectively, in Telecommunication and Information Engineering. He is currently working lecturer with the Department of Computer Information Systems, College of Computer Science and Information Technology, university of Sumer, Iraq. His research interests include Digital Communication, Wireless sensor Networks, Mobile and Ad-hoc network (MANET), Network Security Artificial Intelligence, and LTE- a Cellular Network. Dr. JAFAAR FAHAD A.RIDA Received his Bachelor of Electronic and Communication Engineering Technical Najaf Collage in Iraq in 2003. He obtained M. Tech.
