The North Water Street Townhome Community is
situated just west of Navy Pier in the city of Chicago.
Developed a solution centered around our E-Series
Product offering. Worked closely with R Deco and
the Townhome association to address their concerns
regarding recent water infiltration issues. Developed
a proposal that included a mock install and
independent water testing to ensure our solution
would meet their needs and requirements.
Andersen was awarded the project in 2011,
extending into 2013 for window replacement.

Grove, IL.
The Building was originally built in 1989
with Wood Windows. Many of
the residents suffered from water and air
infiltration from their windows & patio doors.
The Board & Residents of Grove Terrace
overwhelming selected Andersen’s 100 Series
as the proposed solution for their window
and door replacement needs.
The 100 Series proposal provided the condo
association with a high quality, affordable,
product solution that met their needs for energy
efficiency, functionality, and maintenance
