How it work?
Workflow
- Incoming Phone ring, display known customer name from CRM along with a “profit score”
- Call center or support staff have a choice, to answer within 3-6 rings and review who called, what’s
their profit score and greet according if answered.
- Should the score too low, phone route to chatbot, automate form send out to cell phone via email
(if existing client) and SMS depending on what they ask for (i.e. change risk etc)
- Back office review completed form, or listen to conversation with chatbot.
- Call back if necessary for further information.

How would the algorithm predict score to a client ?
The Machine Learning data model predict based on a sample of brokerage existing
clients. In the beginning, when information is still in the collection stage (it took us 15
years of data to analyze), we have human intervene and train the module under
reinforced learning. Customers browsing the internet will often have other
information, such as Facebook data. We have a driving pattern, address changes,
claim history, use of tone when interact, payment behaviour, the standard industrial
ratio of claims, etc. Our model will analyze the distribution of risk and advise when
specific risk ratios are too high or concentrated in an area — a constant learning
model.
