Wildfire Defense
• Chubb’s complimentary Wildfire Defense Services helps Clients protect their home before, during
and after a wildfire
Before wildfire season our team will conduct an onsite wildfire hazard assessment and make
recommendations to improve defensive measures
During a wildfire Chubb’s team will, as needed, deploy firefighters to Client homes and help
prepare them for evacuation
After a wildfire Chubb will assist with escorting Clients back home and assisting with claims
if there is damage to report
• Agents using the Catastrophe Tracker will have access to updated status on Wildfire Defense Services
by property location to keep them informed as they assist their Clients
Notifications
• Notifications informing Clients and Agents of potential risk will remind them to keep alert and track
progress through their Chubb online accounts
