• Fungsi : menimbang tebu, tetes, bagase,dan
  bahan pembantu proses produksi.
• Terdapat dua timbangan yang ada di PG.
  Trangkil yaitu timbangan depan pabrik dan
  timbangan belakang pabrik.

KESIMPULAN
   Proses pembuatan gula SHS dimulai dari stasiun gilingan,
    stasiun pemurnian, stasiun penguapan, stasiun masakan,
    stasiun puteran, dan berakhir di stasiun penyelesaian dan
    penggudangan.
   Stasiun penguapan menggunakan sistem pre effect +
    quadruple effect dan parallel badan akhir.
   Sistem masakan dilakuakan dengan menggunakan sistem
    masakan dua tingkat yaitu masakan AD.
   Produk samping dari proses produksi gula berupa tetes,
    ampas, abu dan blotong. Produk samping berupa tetes dijual
    pada pabrik msg, abu dijual sebagai bahan campuran batako,
    ampas digunakan untuk bahan bakar boiler dan dijual sebagai
    media tanam jamur, serta blotong digunakan sebagai bahan
    pembuatan pupuk kompos.
   Pabrik Gula merupakan industri yang efisien, karena dari
    proses produksi gula semua limbah dapat dimanfaatkan
    kembali.
SARAN
   Diperlukan pengoptimalan sistem distasiun timbangan supaya
    tidak menimbulkan antrian yang terlalu lama sehingga dapat
    mempengaruh kualitas tebu yang akan diolah.
   Kualitas tebu yang akan diolah lebih diperhatikan sebab
    masih banyak tebu dengan kualitas kurang bagus tetap diolah
    meskipun kadar gulanya rendah.
   Pengoperasian cane crane diharapkan lebih cermat supaya
    mengindari tercecernya tebu sebelum diletakkan pada meja
    tebu.
   Diharapkan karyawan menerapkan aspek kesehatan dan
    keselamatan kerja terutama pada bagian produksi, seperti
    penggunaan masker penutup hidung dan penutup telinga.

KESIMPULAN  Proses pembuatan gula SHS dimulai dari stasiun gilingan, stasiun pemurnian, stasiun penguapan, stasiun masakan, stasiun puteran, dan berakhir di stasiun penyelesaian dan penggudangan.  Stasiun penguapan menggunakan sistem pre effect + quadruple effect dan parallel badan akhir.  Sistem masakan dilakuakan dengan menggunakan sistem masakan dua tingkat yaitu masakan AD.  Produk samping dari proses produksi gula berupa tetes, ampas, abu dan blotong. SARAN  Diperlukan pengoptimalan sistem distasiun timbangan supaya tidak menimbulkan antrian yang terlalu lama sehingga dapat mempengaruh kualitas tebu yang akan diolah.  Kualitas tebu yang akan diolah lebih diperhatikan sebab masih banyak tebu dengan kualitas kurang bagus tetap diolah meskipun kadar gulanya rendah.  Pengoperasian cane crane diharapkan lebih cermat supaya mengindari tercecernya tebu sebelum diletakkan pada meja tebu.  Diharapkan karyawan menerapkan aspek kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja terutama pada bagian produksi, seperti penggunaan masker penutup hidung dan penutup telinga.
