2000 by CEO Willard Ahdritz. It represents artists such as: Kelly Clarkson, Dr.
Luke, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds,Gwen Stefani and Ryan Tedder.
• Kobalt Music Publishing is the largest independent music publisher in the world.
Using our proprietary technology platform, we provide unparalleled transparency
with seamless online copyright administration, royalty tracking, and digital
collections.
• Kobalt's pioneering collection technology platform bypasses the middleman and
collects directly from societies, iTunes, Spotify, YouTube and most major
distributors resulting in 20–30% higher revenues for their artists and writers.
SENTRIC MUSIC
• Sentric Music is a British independent music publisher specialising in emerging
song writers and artists.
• Founded in 2006, the company has its headquarters in Liverpool, England and staff
across Europe. The company administers the works of over 12000 artists/writers in
the UK and around the world.
• Sentric publish their writers work in the UK via PRS for Music and the
MCPS collection societies and in 2010 signed a sub-publishing deal with Downtown
Music Publishing covering the US and Canada. Sentric also collects directly in 27
territories across Europe for its songwriters.
• It has signed artists such as: Bastille (Universal Music Publishing), Marmozets (BMG
Rights Management), While She Sleeps (BMG Rights Management) Catfish and the
Bottlemen (Communion).
DOWNTOWN MUSIC PUBLISHING
• Downtown Music Publishing (Downtown, DMP) is a music rights management
firm representing a roster of songwriters and catalogues including The Beatles,
John Lennon & Yoko Ono, The Kinks, Hans Zimmer, Mötley Crüe, Seal, and Ellie
Goulding, and Neon Trees.
• Founded in 2007 by Justin Kalifowitz, Downtown is headquartered in the SoHo
district of New York City and represents a catalogue of more than 80,000
titles. In 2013, Downtown opened its second office in Los Angeles, and in 2014
opened offices in London, Nashville, and Amsterdam.
