This rubric evaluates a student's design journal on principles of design. It assesses the student's understanding and implementation of rhythm, details, scale and proportion, and color/contrast in their design. The student can earn between 3-10 points in each category by justifying how they incorporated each principle, for a total possible score of 40 points.
