Deductible $500 any one occurrence Voluntary workers extension Exclusive rating structure Premiums subject to acceptance of a completed proposal form Flat premium non adjustable

Association Liability Professional Indemnity Directors & Officers Employment Practices Liability Sums insured $1,000,000 & $2,000,000 any one claim and in the aggregate Sums insured in excess of $2,000,000 need to be referred Deductible $500 any one occurrence Association Liability wording Unlimited retroactive date excluding known claims and or all circumstances
