Get Ready!
Before starting your migration, be sure to:
› Create agent profiles in Re:amaze.
› Turn off notifications as Subscribed Channels, Desktop Notifications, Email
Notifications, and Mobile Notifications on Re:amaze.
› Check you have at least one email channel in your Re:amaze account. If
you don’t have any, you can’t complete the Demo Migration.

Fill out a short form to create an
account on our website.
Click “Sign up” and begin setting
up your migration right away.

Choose Salesforce Service Cloud
and sign in with your account.
You need to put a tick next to the
Sandbox instance button if you
want to use Salesforce Sandbox
instance.
Click “Continue”.

Connect your Re:amaze account –
provide the URL, email and API
token.
Note: to perform the import you
must have admin rights for both
accounts!

Migration Wizard will check which
records can be pulled from
Freshdesk and show them in a list.
Choose data you want to transfer
to Re:amaze.
You need to match agents and pick
up a default agent for unassigned
or inactive users. Map ticket and
article fields.
For quick customization, choose
pre-built automated options.

In the Demo, the Wizard imports 20
random records. Review the results and
check all migrated, failed, and skipped
records.

Your Demo looks great, then get to
starting your Full Data Migration.
Choose the suitable support plan
and proceed to payment.
Once you’re done with payment,
hit the Start button.
Log in occasionally to check the
progress. You will receive the email
notification when it is completed.
Important: Do not change or
delete any records while the
migration is in progress.
