• 2 Ripe Bananas
• 2 Cups of a Almond Milk
• 1 Cup of Wheat Flour
• 1 Egg (I used Large)
• ¼ Cup Flax Seeds
• 2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter or Nut Butter
• ½ TSP Cinnamon
• 2 TSP of Baking Powder *NOT BAKING
SODA!

5. 2 Pancakes!
