2. 20th Century Fox
20th Century Fox was founded in 1935 by William Fox. It's
logo has changed over time, as at first it was styled as a
drawn image through 1935-1981. From 1994, 20th Century
Fox redesigned their logo to represent the modern era of
films, using animations instead of drawings.
20th Century Fox is owned by Fox Entertainment Group, who
own a number of different institutes involving many things
such as cable, satellite and media.
3. DreamWorks Animations
DreamWorks Animations was founded in 2004 after it spun
off from the original DreamWorks team. DreamWorks
Animations aim to make films entirely with animation, instead
of drawing or real-life. DreamWorks Animations are behind a
number of different successful films, such as Shrek and
Madagascar and has made over $11 billion since it was
founded.
It's logo sports an 'old school'' Hollywood style. It has
changed depending on the film, sometimes being shown in
daylight instead of nighttime.
DreamWorks Animations is owned by DreamWorks
SKG, who also create films, mostly drawn however.
4. Pixar Studios
Pixar was founded in 1979 as a graphics group at LucasFilm.
In 1986, Pixar spun out into it's own institution, with funding
from Apple and Steve Jobs. Walt Disney Pictures bought
Pixar in 2006.
Pixar have made a number of successful films including Toy
Story, Wall-E and many other animations. Pixar specialise in
Animation films, which have proven to be popular among
audiences in the modern era. Since launch, Pixar have made
over $8.5 billion.
It's logo hasn't changed since 1995. The logo features Luxo
Jr. who is a happy, jumpy lamp. He is considered the Pixar
mascot.
