Thompson, owner of Harbor Roofing and Siding, is reaching out to tell even more people about the services he
provides.
He has joined forces with the Soaring Away marketing and public relations agency.
"I was looking for a way to help get the word out to more people. I know the company needs a bigger and more
regular marketing presence, but how to do that was my question," Mr. Thompson said. "I went into business
doing roofing and siding to help people and improve their homes. I did not go into business to spend all my time
marketing. I want to get out there and work."
Harbor Roofing does commercial and resident metal and asphalt single roofs. When it comes to asphalt, the
Wilmington, NC., company offers a savings of $500 or more after removing the old shingles. Mr. Thompson
said the discards are used by asphalt companies to pave and resurface roads in N. Carolina.
