POSITION
Seeking a position that can utilize my computer science skill set in a related field. A field
that uses Java and C programming in all sorts of computer applications.
GOAL
The goal is to learn new skills during the job to help me become a professional
programmer in the future. I believe this job will toughen my skills in programming and
let me use my education to improve my performance in the job.
TECHNICALSKILLS
 Coded mostly in Java and C languages at CCSU while maintaining excellent remarks.
 Created and collaborated in projects by utilizing arrays, sorting functions, computing
knapsack problem to find subset of array that sums exactly to a target value, found
convex hull of points on a graph and connected it. Also used java object oriented as a
way to connect different classes together (polymorphism, super class).
 Understood how to use pointers in C programming and excel in my C programming class,
received high grades, and passed with excellent understanding of the C language.
 Used JSF, JPA, HTML and JavaScript to code online applications such as create, edit, and
delete a database table in Net beans. Created a database to keep all the names, addresses, and
card numbers of all credit card users with built in validations on the pages. Web programming
class taught me to become an independent and team player.
 Learned SQL to execute queries to find values in a table such as select, from, where clauses.
 Used Icarus Verilog and MIPS to design the ALU and CPU at gate level modeling. Designed
the ALU and CPU using minterms and maxterms of logic circuit with all basic arithmetic. I
have learned to build the ALU and CPU as an independent study in digital system design
course.
 Learned algorithm on analysis of computing run time and understood how to solve advanced
math problems while implementing into a program.
 Able to type up to 100 wpm and proficient in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

2.  Math skills include arithmetic, algebra, linear algebra, calculus, and discrete math
 Native language is Vietnamese, learned English fluently while in America.
