1. SASH Production Schedule
Tasks: Complete Y/N
Thursday AM - First of all I’m going to produce my frames for the posters, this will be done be looking through
colours and effects to see which one fits best with the sash Logo. I will need to make two of these.
Thursday PM - I will be looking through the fonts used for the poster and make sure that the ‘American Purpose’
font is the right one for that product.
- I will see which font is the correct size for the poster so it’s not to overwhelming
Friday AM - I will upload my images onto the computer and try and pick 4 images that will go well together for
two of the posters.
- Once I have picked them then I will start editing.
Friday PM - For the rest of the day I will be editing my 4 pictures because they have to merge together and be
one. Then I can edit the brightness and see what effects they need to so that it fits the colour scheme
of the poster.
Wednesday AM - Once I have finished editing the images I will put them each on a different poster.
- Then I will create the statement for each poster so it suits the character.
Wednesday PM - I will check to see that the image and text work well together.
- Then I will put the SASH logo and URL onto the poster. By this time the two posters will be finished.
Thursday AM - I will create the frame for the billboard; I will copy this from the poster and make it larger so the
colours are exactly the same.
- Then I will put the rhetorical question in and then the answer. This will be done in the font chosen
from the poster.

2. Thursday PM - I will make sure that the all the text are the right size, the title, subtitle and the URL need to be a
good size for the billboard to look good.
- Then I will put in the logo and make sure that’s a good size as well.
Friday AM - This point I’m going to go on Photoshop and edit the sourced image that I picked for the billboard.
- Will have to make sure that the image is in black and white and the emotion on the person face is
visible for the audience.
Friday PM - Once checking the posters and billboard I will see if there are any tweaks and editing that need to be
made so that they are a better standard.
Wednesday AM - Once I know those products are a good standard I will make notes to see whether I can produce any
more posters and billboards with the same techniques but a different image.
Wednesday PM - If there is any that need producing then I will edit more images so that they can fit into the template
of the posters and the billboard.
Thursday AM - I will show my peer my work to see if there is anything that needs improving before I consider
printing. If there is then I will make those tweaks.
- Once I have reviewed all of the products that I have made and edited them properly then I will
start picking the right size paper for them so that they can print.
Thursday PM - Once the size is picked then I will print all my products out so that my peers can see them and review
my work to see if it’s good enough and ready to show SASH.
