• Must insert file code (scan it with barcode).

Inserting Data [complete files data
existing in stores.]

• User insert code of item, then he can insert
other data.
• User choose responsible on[employee who
receiving data from him. ].
• If file has been insert before the system reject
this file and prevent user to insert it.
Sureness Data [check items with
supervisors.]

this task.
• User can check sign below each item to
determine true of false.
• All sureness actions save in database.
Reporting

• Monitoring all system (what users do, all action
with dates, times, users and tables name).

• Employee data
• Users and permissions.
• Person files[Admin can search with Code-Office-
Returned statue-moved to place – moved from
place-governorate-judiciary-Comeback to place]
Permissions
