5. Inserting Data [complete files data
existing in stores.]

• Users have inserting permission can only
perform this task.
• User can insert files only delivered to him.
• User insert code of item, then he can insert
other data.
• User choose responsible on[employee who
receiving data from him. ].
• If file has been insert before the system reject
this file and prevent user to insert it.

6. Sureness Data [check items with
supervisors.]

• Users have sureness permission only can do
this task.
• User can check sign below each item to
determine true of false.
• All sureness actions save in database.

7. Reporting
