1. Adopt our wellness model connecting plan design to biometric test results.
2. Establish a primary care on-site clinic.
3. Install “MAP” (Medical Advocate Program), a special navigator service that
supports members facing complex medical decisions.
The Guarantee
First year plan costs are quoted along with a guaranteed maximum renewal based
on compliance with the above mentioned programs.
At first year renewal a guaranteed maximum will be offered for the third year. At
second year renewal a maximum is offered for the fourth year, and so on.
