Projects undertaken:- Worked on all matters pertaining to fact discovery in the patent litigations under the Hatch-Waxman framework (US), such as----- Review of documents for substantive content, privilege, and other matters, and developing understanding of the facts surrounding a case; Started e-discovery from scratch ;developing an in-house tool for e-discovery; Implemented a cost-effective “lean” approach by setting up processes for document collection, review, and production; Interacting with external counsel in relation to the above. The rapidly evolving domain of e-discovery keeps me on my toes as I try to keep myself up-to-date with the significant developments like the n
