The Convenors of the EAGE Open-source E+P Software workshop met on Monday and agreed we would like you to
present at the workshop in Copenhagen Friday 8 June, 09:00 - 17:00 hrs. The workshop papers should show some
of the great variety of efforts in open E+P software. Only a few of the papers will be selected for oral presentation.
Please let us know if you do not want to be considered for this longer format. Our plan is to ask all poster and demo
papers to provide a brief PowerPoint presentation introducing their paper. We are continuing to ask EAGE to provide
us with small projectors or flat screen displays to allow you to bring a laptop for demos, but to date they are reluctant
to support this new format. We are continuing to pursue this agenda and will keep you informed.

Thank you for your offer to present at this workshop. Our next deadline is to make an agenda and organize all the
papers so EAGE will print a package for workshop attendees. Our deadline is the end of the month.

          Regards,
          Karl Schleicher
