Stakeholder Analysis

Points Worth Considering

The healthcare providers benefit more from the system

The assumption could be that the TB symptomatics are indifferent about the system

Charging a fee from the TB symptomatics may serve as a deterrent from using the system

The health centers are more interested in keeping track of their patients and that they are more interested in making sure that they patients get cured within 6 months

Lastly, that perhaps, society has to pay for this kind of service (that is, the government shall be a major stakeholder in this and the service must be paid by our tax money)

TB.Net

CURE-TB

LGU

Center for Health Dev’t

Infectious Disease Office

DOH

City Health Office

Barangay Health Center

DOH Hospitals

DOTS Credited Centers

PPM DOTS Centers

Other Private Health care Providers

TB Patients

Doctors

Health Workers

Health care providers

LGUs

Potential Opponents Decision Makers Implementing Agencies Beneficiaries
