1. Preparing The Report Cards
1.- we send the grades to the homeroom teachers using the lists Vicky
sent us. You only select them, press copy, go to the concentration
sheet Heberto sent us, and press paste in the subject you're copying.
2. Heberto sent us the file with everything to put the grades of our
students: a page for the exams, a page for the averages, on which
you also put number of times our students were absent and our
comments. This is organized per period.
3.- When you have this done you e-mail it to Heberto to:
sec7@sanpatricio.edu.mx tomorrow as soon as you receive and
copy the academic grades from Tere, Vicky, Dileysi, Oly,
Rocio, Jorge Luis, you have yours and I already sent you mine
(Math)
4.- We must put the grades of Conduct in the 1st computer of the
office (there are 3), in the desktop you select:CONDUCT 7th Grade
09 and you open each group you teach from the labels you will see
in the bottom of the screen.
5.- Honor Roll: 90 - 95 Distinguished Honor Roll: 96 - 100 We wait
until the report cards are printed to check the non -academic
grades: such as DHI, ART, Conduct, GYM, UN, LAB and Home
Economics which must not be less than 90.
- We give a Best Effort award.
6.- The exams and the report cards are kept in plastic bags. We ask
Paty or Paula for them.
7.- We don't put the non-academic grades. The teachers in charge
put them in the system.
8.- You grade your students their Personal Appereance which appears
in the concentration sheet of the averages.
