(Shin-Etsu Polymer America is a Japanese silicone compression molder incorporated in 1961 with annual revenue of $60+ Million.
Main product groups include silicone and plastic keypads, elastomeric connectors and capacitive sensing products for use in the cell
phone development, medical product development, automotive, instrumentation and IC Chip industries.)

Account Manager – Telecommunications East Region
Inside/Outside sales professional responsible for revenue growth among new and existing clients. Worked with product
development teams (engineering, program & commodity management, purchasing) from initial design concept to final
production. Managed internal production and technical resources (both domestic & international) and qualified suppliers to
ensure programs were resolved on time and on budget. Helped to resolve any supply chain disruption and quality issues
that arose once programs entered production.

Major programs closed:
   • Symbol Technologies/Motorola EMB – helped to resolve complex design issues and successfully brought to
       market under a strict timeline a program with annual revenue generation of $2.5M. Initial profit margin exceeding
       180%. Managed multiple manufacturing sites and customer locations.
   • Motorola PCS – assisted with the design and implementation of a program with annual revenue targets of $1M+.
   • Roche Diagnostics – demonstrated to the customer our superior product and technical capabilities which resulted
       in a change in suppliers from a major competitor. Assisted with the design and implementation using internal and

Japan Exchange & Teaching (JET) Program                                                                        07/1998 to 07/2000
Suzaka City, Nagano Prefecture, Japan
(The Japan Exchange & Teaching (JET) Program formed in 1987 is aimed at promoting international exchange between Japan and
other nations. Currently with over 4600 participants from 38 countries, the program places foreign language speakers into local junior
high schools and high schools across the nation. The program is managed by the Council of Local Authorities for International
Relations (CLAIR) in cooperation with local government organizations and ministries.)

Assistant English Teacher
Provided English language instruction for junior high school students at four area schools for the Suzaka City Board of
Education. Responsible for planning and implementing lessons encompassing English language and Canadian and Western
culture. Volunteered in the community to lead adult English language instruction, organization of cooking classes and
other cultural exchanges
