Entrepreneurship Attitude among Post Graduate in international business Students.

1. Abstract
This research examines the entrepreneurial characteristics and factors affecting their attitude
towards entrepreneurship among the student of the University of Chester. The main task was
to explore the entrepreneurial characteristics of graduate students. Two hundred students from
different departments returned complete questionnaires. To increase the representation,
random sampling was selected. Findings revealed that self-efficacy, efficiency and
commitment, and entrepreneurial inclinations were the most important factors. The research
showed that the majority of the students have characteristics to become an entrepreneur and
they showed a positive response. However demographic factors have a minor impact on
entrepreneurial attributes. The entrepreneurial attributes can be increased by offering certain
courses which help in increasing entrepreneurial attributes.

characteristics, demographic factors, and situational factors do not play a significant role in
predicting whether an individual is attracted to entrepreneurial activities. Intention plays a
major role and determining ether someone has entrepreneurial inclinations or not. Self-efficacy
is the belief that one is capable of performing in a certain manner to attain certain goals. Self-
efficacy is an individual’s internal belief in his ability that he can perform a certain task. Self-
efficacy is based on an individual’s internal confidence that his abilities can convert his skills
into outcomes. Man types of research have been conducted to explain the relationship between
self-efficacy and career preferences. This research shows that those individuals who have self-
confidence and internal belief in their abilities can more easily convert their ideas into actions.
An internal belief in one’s abilities leads an individual to become a successful entrepreneur.
These researches have also shown that individuals who have higher entrepreneurial self-
efficacy have a high desire to become future entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial characteristics
among students are significantly contributed by educational programs. It is also being
investigated by the research that university students are attracted to entrepreneurship due to
various educational programs. Significant improvement was seen in students’ entrepreneurial
attributes when they were asked to participate in entrepreneurial education.
The world is in desperate need of a decent leader to guide it in the right direction. The
understudies who are motivated to make a difference will undoubtedly be successful in their
efforts to open a new route for others to follow. While learning about entrepreneurial abilities
at a younger age, understudies will frequently consolidate new abilities and begin embracing
the thought process of a pioneer as a result of their experiences. It is particularly advantageous
for female business visionaries because the administration’s abilities will restrict them to
develop their personalities while bridging the current orientation gap that exists in the corporate
sector (Grant and Smith, 2021). The majority of the time, imaginative persons develop a novel
approach to a problem, which has a substantial impact on the situation. Entrepreneurship
transforms understudies into more capable individuals who are prepared to face the realities of
the rest of the world. This is accomplished through encouraging innovativeness, progress, and
collaborative effort. Beyond degrees and accreditations, understudies will have the truly

wanted experience to begin their excursion in the market with significant areas of strength for
a long period.
Investigations are being conducted into the advancement of educational programs, as well as
whether or not pursuing guidance can influence the expectation of starting a business.
According to social-mental speculation, the individual features and environment of
understudies have a significant impact on their acceptance of the responsibility of executing
instructional tasks. The investigation of the instrument of undertaking education, which is in
charge of driving the turn of events and progression, can also contribute to the investigation of
undertaking education from the inside and outside. Progression is regarded as an internal source
of inspiration; forward movement is associated with a risk-taking mentality; as a result, the
introduction of new things or the entry into new organizational areas are regarded as the results
of endeavors. A connection may be made between students' perceptions of undertaking
education and their perceptions of their life's events; promoting improvement by undertaking
education is the primary task that schools do. Students' advancement exercises, which are
influenced in part by their innovative nature, are geared toward developing their creative care
and imaginative limit as core abilities in the classroom.
Chpter 5 Conclusion and Recommendation
The study aimed to explore the attitude of technology education students towards
entrepreneurship. The results concluded that the students of technology education showed a
positive attitude towards entrepreneurship.
