Food is source of energy …. EAT RIGHT FOOD. Balanced vegetarian diet consumed regularly  ( every 4 hours in limited portions during waking hours)  Stores energy in the body… Practice healthy eating habits… ( You should consult nutritionist / doctor to learn about right foods for your system )  1 SOLUTION RIGHT FOOD.
Breath is source of energy …. BREATH RIGHTLY. Deep abdominal breathing with equal inhalation and exhalation  Generates and stores energy in the body… Practice deep equal breathing daily…. ( You should consult certified yoga teacher and learn right breathing / prananyam…)  2 SOLUTION BREATH RIGHTLY.
Thoughts determines your energy levels…. THINK POSITIVE. Negative and depressing thoughts as if  ‘drains you’ completely and,  as if you just don’t have ‘ENERGY’ to act rightly…it makes you feel “down”….
