Culture Is Not Beer on Fridays. How to Develop a Culture That Matters and Will Help You
Win.
Company culture is all the buzz in the business world today. Some companies provide free
lunches, and onsite amenities like dog sitters and hair salons; however, Anna Binder knows
that boosting company morale means more that free beer on Fridays. Changing company
culture for the new way to work is a requirement for the modern business but creating a
great one is not easy. Physical environment, technology, transparency, leadership and many
other factors all have a role to play in creating an environment where employees are en-
gaged, happy, and always performing at high levels.
Anna will share with us the most important factors for creating a desirable corporate culture,
