I don’t really listen to one definate band or artist, if you look through my music playlists you can tell theres a range of different people (click on screen to pop up a pic of music list) but for some reason I was always a big fan of Demi Lovato from seeing her on TV when growing up. Then when she started releasing her own songs I really enjoyed listening to them and some songs I began to relate. (click on screen for images of demi to pop up). I chose my music magazine to be in the same kind of style as her so Edgy yet Chic (click screen for pic of demis edgy look pop up).
Now I wasn’t sure what type of music Demi actually produced because she sings are range of different types but having done a thousand Google search's I found out her style is mainly Pop with slight influences from rock. (click for pictures)
So far I haven't thought of features within the magazine but I thought about the colour scheme, fashion style and artists. Primarily the idea came from the style of Demi but celebritys with similar styles such as Avril Lavigne and Pink can feature (click for picture of avril, pink and demi). The colour scheme will tend to stick to Blacks and dark blues but also maybe a splash of gold for some colour this through the fashion of the front cover picture and some of the text. The fashion of the magazine and people in it will be edgy but also chic.
