such as news stories and adverts. The main focus is to review that have content that may be
offensive or had complaints of the offensive, and take action either telling the company
reasonable for the advert to change certain aspect that’ll make it suitable or ban the
advertisement from public viewing.
Why media products are regulated is to be able to protect members of the public against
misleading and harmful information.
Ofcom and ASA are both such relegation bodies. As well as just relegating other focus is the
creation of codes which can be used as a guideline to prevent any of the circumstances of a
unsuitable product.
