1. VIDEOCONFERENCING SYSTEM STATUS MONITOR
Do you know if all of your systems are on
and available for a videoconferencing call?
Real-Time Videoconferencing System Monitoring is a true benefit to network administrators
and end users alike. VC-Stat is a simple Windows application that provides an easy means of
identifying the current status and availability of each videoconferencing system throughout your
network. The VcStat Server application systematically checks each system's current status,
operating as an independent system-monitoring tool for videoconferencing systems and other
network components.
For the end user, a small windows application dynamically displays a full-featured list indicating
the current state of all videoconferencing endpoints (Off, On, Ready, Busy) eliminating wasted
time calling systems that are not turned on, or active in another video call. A simple click on a
systems name pops open an information window with valuable contact information on the user
and the system.
Administrators can quickly and easily validate and monitor the
status of all systems before, during and after scheduled events,
as well as monitoring ad-hoc environments. Easily managed
and updated, a centrally located server application, checks each
systems state and stores the user and system information for
retrieval from the VcStat Client application.
