2. AIMS OF THE PROJECT
The project Youth,
Entrepreneurship and
culture for rural
developent aims to
involved the volunteer
in the life of the local
community of Wola
and Gminia Miedżna in
order to promote the
devepement of the
aerea.
I was involved in several kind of activity:
- Workshops
- Project Managmenet
- Monitoring of Labor Office
In this frame the developement of trasversal skills like communication
and entrepreneurial skills had a huge space.

3. I N F R S P
OFFICE SUPPORT
During my stay in FRSP I had the chance to suppoort in the
Office. I was involved in design and write of a local project
(FIO) and european youth exchange (ERASMUS PLUS).
Then I took care of dissemination of the project and
advertising of others through social media and website. (
content, visual content and text).

4. Due of different kind of workshop I had the cahnce to explore different
educational methods ( formal and non formal). We implemented
workshop with children in the kindergarten, primary school, highschool
and adults as well.
Italian workshop: the main goal of this 3 months workshop was to give
the basis to read and understand Italian in line of pre- A1 goals. It was
for the adults of Gminia Miedzna.
Italian and Sicilian Culture was a workshop with 6 class of Primary
school of Miedzna. During this workshop I introduce Sicilian culture in
order to underline the richness and o complex due the huge ammount
of people pass through this island. A secondary goals was to develope
feelings like inclusion and curiosity for foreigners culture.
Italian Cousine workshop: I prepered with the help of children of Wola
Italian Tiramisu.
Entrepreneruship workshops: It was developed in two direction one
for the Kindergarten of Wola and one other for Highschool of Gilowice.
For the Kindergarten the subjects was The vslue of money, the
profession and then the meaning of seave and spend money.
For The Highschool we talk about Entrepreneur skills, Teamworiking
and Tools like Business Model Canvas.

MONITORING
Discovering Silesia
This task of the project aimed to check the capacity of Silesian Labor
office to meet the request and needs of foreigners job seekers. The
monitoring took me around Silesian ( 13 visited cities). The biggest
challange was to move with pubblic trasport using Polish. So, I can say
that this part of the project boost my communication skills in Polish. On
the other hand the Monitoring help me to understand the Polish Job
Market and Polish labor Law.

MIGHT BE ALL WE'LL GET.”
Expectations helped me to design my goal and my
commitment with locals and the foundation. The EVS
project was very good, with good describe and several
taskes, but it is up to you to take everything this
experience can gift/give you.
