Microsoft has changed the software code that were previously labeled “Big Boobs”. related to
this incident Microsoft has apologized.
“0xB16B000B5? the code found to help Microsoft to work with open source software, Linux.
Hacker Paolo Bonzini brings the code and load to the internet to give warning of the existence
of the code in the Linux Kernel mailing list. Thus was launched from Pcronline, Monday
(07/23/2012).
Microsoft to apologize, because some people feel offended by the embedding that
code. Microsoft said through the Network Word, “We are grateful to the people who report this
problem. We apologize and immediately send a patch to make changes, and we will announce
in a statement some future time. ”
Meanwhile, some parties find that code and regard it as a joke, but there are those who claim
this issue is not a trivial thing.
Matthew Garrte Developer spoke to the BBC, “The first code from Microsoft using the same
string 0x0B00B135. The letter more or less means ‘boobies’. Thus it can be said that software
developers is men club who did not accept women.”read more at
