3. Destinated the coming/death of Jesus
• Luke. 22:22 “And truly the Son of Man goes as
it has been determined, but woe to that man

4. Not predestined us to be tortured
• Acts. 13:48 “Now when the Gentiles heard this,
they were glad and glorified the word of the Lord.
And as many as had been appointed to eternal
life believed.”
• 1Thess. 5:9 “For God did not appoint us to
wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord
Jesus Christ,”
• 1Pet. 2:8 “and "A stone of stumbling And a rock
of offense." They stumble, being disobedient to
the word, to which they also were appointed.”

sons through Jesus
• Eph. 1:5 “having predestined us to adoption
as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according
to the good pleasure of His will,”
• John. 8:35 “And a slave does not abide in the
house forever, but a son abides forever. ”

6. God's heart and deeds
• 2Pet.3:9 “The Lord is not slack concerning His
promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering
toward us, not willing that any should perish but that
all should come to repentance.”
• 【Jeremiah 29:11】「For I know the plans I have for
you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not
to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.。」
• 1John. 2:2 “And He Himself is the propitiation for our
sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole
world.”

7. Unbelievers

among those who perish, because they did not
receive the love of the truth, that they might be
saved.”

Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?'”
• Matt. 7:23 “And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew
you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'”

9. Unbelievers
• 【Isaiah 6:9】「He said, “Go and tell this people:
“‘Be ever hearing, but never understanding; be
ever seeing, but never perceiving.’。』」
• 【Isaiah 6:10】「Make the heart of this people
calloused; make their ears dull and close their
eyes.[a]Otherwise they might see with their
eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their
hearts, and turn and be healed.”。”」

10. The attitude we should have
• Matt. 7:13 “‘Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate
and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there
are many who go in by it.”
• Matt. 7:14 “Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the
way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”
• From the above discussion, we can know that the birth and
death of Jesus Christ are predetermined, and whether we
can be saved is also predetermined, but God will give
people enough opportunities in this world, unless we are
God, we can never see clearly, so we should assume that
everyone can be saved, and don’t give up any chance to
save others.
