Responsibilities:
Comply with TRW group quality strategy to establish Ningbo and Langfang plant quality Annual targets and schedule
related quality activities. Ensure plantoperation activities under rightprocedure. Organize ManagementReview
meeting accordingly.
Leading process qualitycontinual improvementand Total Non-conformityQuality Costdown activities. (Lean
production B2B launched in NB and LF in 2008.And B2B activities standardized in routine daily activities).
Maintain customer’ s relationship and take in charge of communicating with customer and getcustomer feedback
for Customer Satisfaction Improvement.Mainly for customer feedback qualityinformation investigate,analyze and
reply with 8D or 5 Phases report(s).
Participate new project developmentand manage the projectQuality risk.Organize Projects quality risk review
meeting to review all projects quality risks and solve the problem from technical direction. And drive TRW group new
projectdeveloping procedure GDPIM (Global Developmentand ProductIntroduction Management) deployin NB
and LF.
Give pre-assessmentand recommendations for New Projects Suppliers nomination.Major tasks to suppliers’
managementare responsible for supplier incoming inspection,tracking routine supplier qualityimprovement,
monthlyquality performance statistics and supplier annual audit,etc.
Lead and drive companyprocedures optimizing and constructing continuously.Organize ISO/TS 16949 Internal
Audit and prepare for Party II / III audit.
Be responsible for customer field Warranty issues dispose and reply.
Achievements:
Achieve VW Group China A Supplier audit in March 31st to April 2nd, 2009 and FAW VW and SVW A Supplier audit in
middle of2009 (from 2007 C to 2008 B and B+).
Be the 9th of 100 GM global QSB Model suppliers in Dec,2008.
Improve customer qualityNCTs (Non-conformance Tickets) from 48 of 2007 to 19 of 2008. And NCTs total number is
10 NCTs in 2009Y.
Through series ofSupplier ImprovementPlan and activities,improved Supplier PPM from 817 PPM of 2007 to 298
PPM in 2008.And the First Halfof 2009Y average is 118PPM.First Halfof 2010:34PPM;
Safe launched SGM Epsilon LWB/SWB in 2008Y. DFV: DF-BF air vents and ashtrayproject and FAW HQE project
air vents in 2008Year.
Went to GM Australian Melbourne, successfullyto persuade GM Holden to sign Holden projects PPAPs in July~Aug,
2008.
2. As managementrepresentative gain the DQS recognition and high appraising during Feb 9~11th,2008 ISO/TS16949
certificate changing Re-assessmentAudit. And DQS posted this reporton their global web site.

2007 年通过 DQS 认证机构 ISO/TS16949 换证审核,并被 DQS 在其网站公开表扬;
供应商 PPM 值 2007 年 817 降到 2008 年 298PPM,2009 年 118PPM,2010 年上半年 34PPM;
2008 年因为金融危机,澳大利亚通用拒绝切换 TRW 已经批产的 Holden 项目 15 个出风口零件,导致项目投
资不能回收,集团公司 7~8 月份指派我和项目经理去澳大利亚和客户就项目技术和质量问题进行沟通,并最
终说服客户对 PPAP 签字认可
