                           Bishop de Charms writes to MT. Pfeiffer as follows: "Your refusal to

                      resign, in accord with my request of April 5th, leaves me no alternative

                      except to inform you that your name has been removed from the roll of member­

                      ship in the Council of the Clergy, and in the General Church of the Ne"l

                      Jerusalem."
