  5. 5. Physical health has to do with our body, our heart to make sure that if we get as far as possible in life we must exercise it, care for our nutrition, keeping it clean of toxins.<br />
  6. 6. Mental health refers to the way we handle our daily lives and how we relate to others in different environments, examples: the family, school, work, recreation and community.<br />
  7. 7. Emotional health is the responsible management of feelings, thoughts and behaviors, recognizing them, giving them a name, accepting, integrating and building the vital energy that are generated for the service of values.<br />
  8. 8. Spirituality is almost impossible to define because it means something different for each person. For some, religion for others, spirituality is based on harmony with nature feel, or the belief that there is a greater power / universal energy / creative source. <br />
