3. QUALIFICATION
• Must be a member of good standing from a Civil Society
Organization
• Nominated from the RCG
4. GUIDELINES for RAC member
• REPRESENTATION: Sectoral and/or Regional (not
organizational)
• TERM: 2 years, eligible for reelection
• RE: Alternate is acceptable:
recommended by RAC member
Authorized to vote
Updating to alternate and vice versa

• DISQUALIFICATION
transfer of residence
Movement to a conflicting field of work / interest
Misrepresentation of FPE
Grave misconduct
• SUCCESSION / RESIGNATION / REPLACEMENT
RAC member’s organization can’t decide on replacement
RAC members may nominate from the list
BOT selects replacement
6. GUIDELINES for RAC member
• ACCESSING FUNDS from FPE
RAC members’ organization can access SMALL grants only
following regular procedures
7. COMPOSITION of RAC
• 15 will be selected by the BOT:
Western Visayas = 5
Central Visayas = 5
Eastern Visayas = 5
• Coordinator:
Chairs meetings
Term is co-terminus with his/her term in the RAC
8. OBLIGATIONS of the RAC
• MEETINGS:
2 regional & 1 national per year
Regional meetings are convened by the RAC’s initiative;
national meetings are convened by FPE
Absence in 2 meetings is a ground for disqualification
RAC may attend BOT meetings upon their request.
9. PROVISIONS
• CAPACITY-BUILDING:
FPE will involve / provide for RAC capability-building
programs for skills enhancement
• Forum for collaboration & cooperation:
on regional and national concerns, operationalized
through (but not limited to):
Information-sharing
Study/ exposure trips (e.g., FPE sites)
