4. DAILY:
• 225,000 Emergencies occur requiring aide
• 9,000 terrorist threats are fielded by FBI
• 5,700 Special Events occur
• 275 Earthquakes are reported
• 11 people die from fire
Each day, responders, officials,
and event planners coordinate and
respond to incidents and natural disasters.
Each day, responders, firefighters
and planners use antiquated tracking
systems to coordinate response,
disseminate information and real time
data delivery. Responders go untracked,
lost, and die…
FireWhat aims to change that!
5. FireWhat has begun an entrepreneurial research and development phase of
the project to revolutionize the emergency response system; thus through
years of direct participation in antiquated emergency incident response
protocols, the development of the Incident Automation Project (IAP) has
come to fruition.
The IAP will take existing practices, tap into
government data streams (through IBM
Global Entrepreneur Program), and automate:
• Response
• Resource Tracking
• Data Dissemination
• Provide Real Time Information
• Save time and tax payer dollars
• Reduce the loss of life and property
